From time immemorial the unique characteristics of climate, flora and land have made the Maestrazgo an ideal area for grazing.
Today, in this natural territory, which boasts great ecological value, the cheese culture tradition is maintained and updated. To this end, we use the milk from the herds of our livestock breeders of the cooperative, plus a careful process of elaboration. A varied flora, extensive farming, a strict veterinary, health and feeding control, the ongoing training of our livestock breeders, yield a product that we feel proud of.
